In March, one USA company visit our website, and leave an inquiry for three type of die springs. We replied it within 24 hours.
After three weeks discussing about the specifications, and negotiating the business items, we confirmed all the specifiactions and signed the first PO at the early of April.
Then we had produced some samples and sent to them, they tested all the samples with calliper and plug gauge. All the samples are well meet the specifications.
We deliveried all the springs in the end of May. Our customer is satisfy with the springs.
Before purchase the springs from us, they usually buy springs from their local market. But the supplier of their local market seems wouldn't like to change any parameters for their special requirements, and given them a overbearing clause and expensive price.
